Content Policy

What's Allowed

RPD Create is designed for creative and professional content generation. You are encouraged to use the platform for:

  • Creative content: Art, illustrations, concept designs, storyboards, music videos, short films, animations, and other artistic works
  • Commercial use: Marketing materials, social media content, product visualizations, advertisements, brand content, and business presentations
  • Educational content: Training materials, explainer videos, educational illustrations, research visualizations, and academic projects
  • Entertainment: Creative storytelling, game assets, character design, world-building, and personal creative projects

What's NOT Allowed

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on RPD Create. Generating, attempting to generate, or distributing such content will result in immediate action:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any depiction of minors in sexual or exploitative situations, whether realistic or stylized. This is a zero-tolerance policy and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Creating sexually explicit or intimate content depicting real individuals without their explicit, documented consent.
  • Realistic depictions of real people without consent: Generating realistic images or videos of identifiable real people in scenarios they have not consented to, particularly content that could damage their reputation or well-being.
  • Terrorism and violence promotion: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites terrorism, extremist violence, or graphic real-world violence.
  • Spam and scam content: Content designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others, including phishing materials, fraudulent schemes, and misleading impersonation.
  • IP-infringing content: Content intentionally designed to reproduce copyrighted works, trademarks, or other intellectual property without authorization.

Deepfake Policy

AI-generated content depicting real people requires careful consideration. Our policy balances creative freedom with respect for individuals:

  • Consent required: Creating realistic depictions of real, identifiable people requires their documented consent. This applies to AI avatars, face-swaps, and any content that could reasonably be mistaken for real footage of that person.
  • Satirical and transformative use: Satirical, parodic, or clearly transformative content involving public figures is permitted, provided it is clearly labeled as AI-generated and does not constitute harassment or defamation. All such content must retain C2PA Content Credentials.
  • Clear labeling: Any content depicting real people must be clearly identified as AI-generated. Do not present AI-generated depictions of real people as authentic footage.

Enforcement

RPD Create enforces this Content Policy through multiple layers:

  • Automated moderation: All prompts are screened through automated content moderation systems before generation. Prompts that violate our policy are blocked before any content is produced, and no credits are deducted.
  • Human review: Flagged content and user reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.
  • Graduated enforcement: Violations result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity:
    • Removal of the violating content
    • Warning notification to the account holder
    • Temporary account suspension
    • Permanent account termination
    • Reporting to relevant authorities (for CSAM or illegal content)

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, or if your likeness has been used without your consent, please report it immediately to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, including links to the content, the nature of the violation, and any supporting evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

AI Disclosure

All content generated through RPD Create includes C2PA Content Credentials — tamper-evident metadata that identifies the content as AI-generated. This metadata includes:

  • A declaration that the content was generated by AI
  • The AI provider and model used
  • A timestamp of when the content was created
  • A cryptographic signature ensuring the metadata has not been altered

Content Credentials can be verified using the Content Credentials Verify tool or any compatible C2PA verification tool. Removing or altering Content Credentials from generated content is a violation of our Terms of Service.
