By accessing or using RPD Create ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RPD Create. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
RPD Create is an AI content generation platform that aggregates over 50 AI models from multiple providers, offering text-to-video, text-to-image, image-to-video, AI avatars, audio generation, and related creative tools through a unified interface. The Service provides a credit-based billing system, side-by-side model comparison, and enterprise features including team workspaces and brand kits.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service uses a credit-based billing system. Each generation type has a published credit cost that is displayed before you confirm a generation. Credit costs vary based on the generation type, model, resolution, and duration.
Credits are non-refundable except in the case of failed generations, which are automatically refunded to your account. No manual refund requests are necessary for failed generations.
Subscription plans (Creator, Pro, Business) auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Unused credits from subscription plans do not expire as long as your subscription remains active.
One-time credit pack purchases are available for all users. Purchased credits do not expire.
RPD Create does not claim ownership of any content you generate using the Service. Your generated outputs belong to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
Copyright eligibility for AI-generated content depends on the degree of your creative contribution, in accordance with guidance from the US Copyright Office. Content that involves substantial human creative input (such as detailed prompting, iterative refinement, selection, and arrangement) may be eligible for copyright protection for those human-authored elements. Purely machine-generated output without meaningful human creative control may not qualify for copyright protection.
You retain all rights to your input prompts, uploaded images, and any other original content you provide to the Service.

All content generated through RPD Create includes C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) Content Credentials metadata. This metadata identifies the content as AI-generated, records the generation provider and model used, and provides a verifiable chain of provenance. You agree not to strip, alter, or misrepresent Content Credentials attached to generated outputs.
API access is available on Pro plans and above. API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. API keys may be revoked if abuse is detected.
You agree not to use the API to build a competing service that merely re-exposes RPD Create's generation capabilities without substantial additional value.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RPD Create shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RPD Create in the twelve months preceding the claim. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any remaining credits are forfeited upon account termination for cause.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
